Well, thanks for the effort - Nothing much was answered with specifics - still just generalizations.

Who cares about Bob and Susan's projects? We were talking of yours.

The questions raised should be answered for anyone investing anywhere in the world.

Thanks anyway

Right place, wrong person

I guess I fall into the minority opinion who feel that Pilar has every right to pitch her commercial venture on this, the appropriate board.

Pilar, I suggest that the first thing your group of investors do when they have some dollars in hand is to go out and hire SOMEONE else to market the venture besides you.

Oh Hook, do not really think I'm marketing the venture? Think about it. We have already set up one group of twenty investors. We only have one other property which will take a year to close and we have only 8 slots and 12 people going down to look at the property July 22nd. This is about concept, not selling! I don't like the developers who pretend it be Nomads with no self interests! So I get to expose the developers and talk about my concept.. too cool!

Bruce - I asked hubby to read the posts and he refused. He did say he would answer you....

Darrell05: Thank you for inviting me Mr Leech. I see you are in Mulege. I love water and Mulege provides so many wonderful options. Several years ago I did extensive research on Mulege and was very awestruck. We were headed your way but when I gazed upon the bay at Bahia de Los Angeles I couldn't leave until it was time to head home. That has to be the most gorgeous bay in the world! The trip really changed my feelings about Baja.

Pilar asked me to read the posts. Seven pages, not on your life! And for one parcel of land? My little website doesn't get that many emails in a month! I hope all of you listing properties on this site get top dollar and those buying property on this site find the place of their dreams. I have experienced extremely great fortune though real estate and the stock market. I support Pilar's Mexico concept but it is very infinitesimal compared to my other responsibilities.

I must apologize to Doug because I read a million posts on this site for everyone I write. I'm more of a researcher than a writer. I think this website is spectacular and has a wealth of knowledge. I'm not weighing in on the sparring, but I would like say this - Maria Del Pilar, fourth generation Mexican, is not the type of person to throw the first stone and she's also not the type to back down. She is loaded with sarcasm but I've learned there is always truth behind every sarcastic comment.

Fill every minute with excitement and adventure for you will never get that minute back. Sincerely, Darrell :-) headed to Guadalajara

Ho Hum.....

This post us SUCH a waste of time......

Well, here goes...my opinion, which is fact by the way, is that the only thing this discussion needs now is a little more tequila. That being said, I will now go enjoy some more tequilla.

Thank you.

bancoduo - poor guy! write this down.. Derek is a member of our group (now that's Derek with a k) and he's in Aficia. (or Afikia to you) Darrell, my husband, (that is with an two Ls) is on his way to Guadalajara. And you I'm sure are on your way to the bathroom!

Again your post has nothing to do with "Baja Real Estate Available." When our group comes down we got to stop by *******************. Respectfully, Maria Del Pilar

I offer great respect where great respect is given.. I know, I know -- How dare that Mexican woman think us macho men need to show respect!

and again you break the Baja Nomad Rules. Your comments waste space, aren't directed towards the topic and could be considered harassment. But not by me, I think you're a joke. Respectfully, Maria Del Pilar

I apologize, and want to tell you, most of the members of Baja Nomads are really nice people and truly mean well. I know I need to read all posts, but after 5 pages(been at the NASCAR races) I am truly surprised someone didn't tell you Banoduo is 12 years old at best, read some of his early post. He got his post count by saying stupid things at stupid times. It is best not read or answer his goofy statements. Bruce is a really great guy and don't understand his posts. Need to read more before I stick my foot in my mouth. My guess is, he tried to help and was misunderstood. I'll read more, but don't give up, I know you will be a great Nomad.

Rancho El Tecolote For Sale Mulege BCS Rancho El Tecolote is ideally suited for a person that loves nature, doesn?t want close neighbors, and desires not to be too far from town. For the more ambitious person, it could be a Luxury Guest Ranch!!! for the less ambitious person it will be a nightmare
The well pumps the water into a 15,000 gallon pila or reservoir that doubles as a swimming pool. Wow, your friends and neighbors can swim in your drinking water -- how exciting
..no electricity but is only a couple of posts away from the main lines servicing Mulege. Wow, the owner drops $200,000 into improvements and forgot he didn't have electric. that only costs $8,500. is he a heavy drinker? at least they can't say his lights are on but no one is home.
The clear title for Rancho El Tecolote is held with a Mexican Corporation in which the owner holds 100% of the stock. opps .. you forgot to tell them something .. didn't you.. shame
You can purchase the ranch, either with or without the corporation at no extra cost. Guess this says it all - the corporation is worthless Rancho El Tecolote is being offered for $150,000.00 Dollars FIRM.(Firm, Mexico, Firm - lol) The seller has invested over $200,000 dollars in this project. You will get a lot (a lot of what) for your money!!!
This is my favorite part: Like the owner, this is your chance to make big money like the original owner. Put in $200,000 to get out $150,000, and don't forget your time invested.

I think you need help Pilar2006

If there was was a limit to "How many stupid things you can say" He (Bancoduo)would not be a Nomad, but this is a liberal board and thanks to Doug one of the best. It is his right of censorship and I think his job is tough and do not envy him.
Got to read more!
Your view of Bob and Susan may be off base. They, like you help Mexican owners advertise and accept no monetary thanks.
