YUP! We already have it, right here in li'l ol' BajaNomad. Doug has provided all you need, to report, read and learn. Just wade through the BS detractors, ignore them, and take only what you can use...and give reliable information if you have recent BCS experience.

I am constantly impressed by the knowledge and willingness to help, provided by so many kind Nomads.:bounce:

Right on Toneart.
I was hopeing that Doug would get on to it and set up a different website.'He could sell some space to those people that have things to sell and are located only in Baja Sur.

Many people do not have any Idea of the distance involved etc,

Sure would be great if Doug could do it,

Skeet....I think this project is yours to pursue since you're the only one in the universe who really knows what you want.
Just start a thread here and specify it's only for BCSoutherners and closed to all Northern trash who are unworthy.
That's all you have to do.

Skeet I provided links earlier in the thread to setup a forum based on PHPbb with the click of a button for $4.95 managed by a commercial system administrator. If you want to do it, you can do it-with your niece-it could be fantastic bonding time and a chance to share your life with her and to rethink values about the value of helping others for the joy you receive from that versus the value to get from exploiting others for your own personal benefit. No One is too young to begin to live a self-examined life... and consider life's choices.

Two Baja's, one people (Nomads)?

Sounds like Germany before communism ended, and Korea, today...?

A General Baja forum and a General Baja Sur forum as a primary place to post? I see too much confusuion and the moderatator having to move posts more than he does now for people who post in the wrong forum.

Also remember, the 'Nomad' is Doug...

Doug could create another specialty forum 'Baja Sur' like he has for Off Roading, Fishing, Flying, Historic Interests... But, is it just more places ro look for trip reports and photos? Many of us travel in both states... How do we address questions or post photos of an entire Baja trip is there needs to be seperation between the two?

Baja Nomad for all of the Baja peninsula has worked pretty well since 2002... Maybe I don't understand why you think dividing us would mae things better Skeet? I hope you find another way to enjoy Baja Nomad than to break off the peninsula at the 28º parallel. ;D

Yes, you are correct Dennis...

I had only read the first page when it was fresh, and before Skeet's opening post was removed.

After I posted my thoughts on Two Bajas and One Nomad, I read the several pages in between!!

'My God, it's full of stars'!

That is the most posts from bajatripper I have read... He spoke less on our trip to Mision Santa Maria even! :o:lol:

Thus spake the Skeet:

"Baack to the Original Idea of a BAja Website:

Hope that whoever creates itwill start off with a Discussion as to what to expect, say what happens at the 28th Paralel/

Road conditions

Good Locations to stop and Campt as well as Motels

What they can expect if they take the Coast Route as well as Hwy One Route.

Interesting sidelights/

Interesting People

There are many great places to see and enjoy about Baja Sur."

Skeet, you are one conflicted old gas bag! Everything you list already exists on this forum. The part you seem to require that is not present here is that anyone who disagrees with you should be banned. Anyone who uses a different DOPE than you sould be banned. Anyone who went to a west coast university and learned to spell, punctuate, and conjugate should be banned. (or are you not suggesting that your superior education resulted in your relative illiteracy?)

Earlier in this thread you made the most racist statement I have EVER seen on this site. (some tripe about "Southerns" being blamed for the failure of African Americans).

Fact is, Skeet, there were no "southern" states when your Christian brothers brought the viscious scourge of slavery to these shores. It was the "south" however that forced a civil war to to unchain our African brothers.

And, PHIL S.: You seem to have joined Skeet in more ways than one when you turned the sad victims of microcephalia into some kind of a slur. Only the uneducated and Bill O'Reilly use the slur "pinhead" to describe the people who disagree with them. I'm afraid your comment says a lot about you. I would be mortified were I found to be so thoughtless. Want to reconsider?

Phil, it isn't about ME sleeping better. It appears from your reply that you used the term knowingly, so I will place you with your ilk in the Mr.Bill school of social appropriateness, and won't further waste my time or yours with trying to teach compassion.

Ah David, you must of missed my friendly exchanges with Dennis on a thread that was soooo good it got deleted by The Master. That was probably my personal record, although I do find entertainment value in exchanges with Skeet--not much intelligence or logic, but entertaining never-the-less. I guess I like being referred to as a good-for-nothing socialist-communist hippie doper, or words to that effect.
I would have spoken more on the Santa Maria Mission trip, but you must remember, I was a Newbie back then (the mission trip was the reason I finally got serious enough to join the site), and didn't want to talk too much since I'm so shy.

I finally see the light! Now I get it! No wonder you have no need for history books or any of those other crutches of the intellectual types. You get to make up your own truths and facts to go along with your own system of spelling and punctuation. And I have noticed how your "facts" are also malleable. As your need arises, they can be changed to support whatever ignorant statement you see fit to make at the moment. You should really write them down and study them so you have a little more consistency in your deployment of them. Ooops, bad idea, that is how books get started, and we all know what you think of them.

And, as for avoiding inconvenient facts, nobody can hold a candle to you in that area, my man. So, again, I humbly bow to you, Oby Won Canobie. Please, give us some more examples of how it's done.

Statement of Fact!
Vag called me a Racist for post the following along with other stuff.

If is a FACT that for many years several well know people have made statements saying that the Failures of Blacks is caused by Southerners.
Rangel, Jackson, Sharpton

Since Obama has come into Office it is even getting worse.

Question Why does Vag call me a Racisit??? Can he give a simple answer.

I will also say that the Mexicanos have been "Blamed in the past 10 years as if they were all "Illegal"

It is the same with the NASCAR folks who are called Racist and how about the National Basketball Association being Called a Bunch of Racist.

Then there are the Muslims being Called Racist.

You would think that the weak minded Liberal would come up with a new Word, but you know that would really test their Abilities.

And how much evidence does anyone need that the leaders of the do gooder positive fraternal club of FreeMasons of the Scottish Rites might not be what they say they are on the surface?
