Just came back up the hill from Paty's and the bay looked like a field of snow from the whitecaps. No day to be on the water.

Very windy today (more than yesterday even) here in San Diego. Started very early and is increasing this morning !!

We are about 7 miles from the ocean, and yesterday had 40mph gusts... today supposed to be larger gusts.

80 mph winds in Alpine, CA

42 mountains west of Jackson, Wyo.
Snake River water is close at 39.
Saturday's air is supposed to reach 70...but the river will stay cool!

Time for midges. Lots of Cutthroat, Rainbow, and Brown trout...which is also cool.

Like Asuncion, calm winds with high clouds. Winds must be crossing over the Peninsula north of us?! Very nice without those cold spring westerlies off the fog bank. Any strong winds on the SOC --Mulege, Loreto,La Paz?? Out. Tio

Astounding temp rise, starting a 0510, this AM. A moderately strong wind from the north brought up temps 13 degrees F. in less than a half hour. From 65 to 78 and still climbing.

Today was supposed to be fishable but it's not looking like it.....
