That's a memorial to Jeff "Ox" Kargola, a motocross rider who died while riding in Baja.
The other photo is San Javier from a slightly different perspective.

All my photos are either from my phone or the drone.
Just got a Samsung S10+. It has 3 cameras, one is a wide-angle lens. Gonna be able to take pics like that one going forward.

PLEASE help Doug and size your images to the max of Nomad or under... 800 pixels is the full width of this forum... Posting images over 1000 pixels
does not improve them, it only blows the forum off the screen requiring sideways scrolling for those with standard monitors.
It is easy to fix yourself. Click EDIT and add =800x right after the IMG in the tag at the start of the photo image link you post here. It will look
like [IMG=800x] instead of just [IMG].
