Yes, I am slowly selling off my huge Baja book collection... each one of these popular guides is $15 and that includes domestic (U.S. addresses) postage

I swore by the Moon Baja Handbook in the early- and mid-'80s -- Joe Cummings did a great job! Highly recommended.

Likewise, I thought Joe's work stood out above the other similar types of guides (at the time) when he was producing content for Moon. I believe I even got quoted in regards to that on the back cover of the '98 guide David has here.

My understanding is that Joe had a place in Todos Santos BCS at some point. He later permanently moved to (and still resides in) Thailand, fwiw.

All the Moon guides have been invaluable. Most recently I purchased one for the Oaxaca region.
Totally worth the reading.
