As the longest active Nomad other than Doug, I have tried to post to create interest and activity. Nomad is almost 24 years old and has done well
without updates and easy photo posting until recently. So much goes on at Facebook regarding Baja and that is fine, but it is terrible to find past
posts or special categories. That is where a forum like Baja Nomad shines.
Maybe if Doug updates this site, it can blossom again?

You honestly think it's the medium that's the problem?
Personally, I think it's the disrespectful environment.
A platform upgrade isn't going to change that, and at this point it'd be a waste of effort without a subtantial policy change.

FB, Covid, and people getting old hurt BN. I haven't posted on FB since 2006.

It does take maturity to be respectful and able to ignore insults from those who are not mature. Oh well, I hope to still see trip reports here and
historic site discussion.
