Is it safe to come back?

Been gone so long I had to log in and use a password.
I have been peeking over the fence to see if some sense of decorum would return.
It would seem so...
Great news.
I have been frustrated not getting my oar in the water on occasion.
If things stay civil, then I will be really pleased to see a terrific forum about our favorite place once again be a "community" and not a "pit."

Sharky, you cannot scare someone who lives in Northern California,
We have Raider fans that look worse than that, and they are six years old and in the first grade.
(actually I liked the first face better than the second)

Take off the patch and remove the hat. Wa La the same Sharky me thinks. By the way Sylens, your saying that women are like golf. Aim right and the ball goes left, etc. Now I know why men are so frustrated by it. Never have I had to work so hard to put something in the, never mind, I forgot where I was going.

This thread is civil because the folks who don't seem to have a nice side have captured the Off-Topic Forum. May they rot in peace.

They can have the "off topic" forum......that is what Doug built it for.

Although I've only read a couple of threads, it seems that it just might be "safe" again. Thank the Good Lord!

Safe and unsafe

Last night I had occasion to reflect on all the posting I have been doing lately on off-topic, so I went to check my percentage there. It seems not such a good thing to me to have the majority of your posts in off-topic, especially when it is a dump and run site. Aaahhh, but...I said to myself....what if the off topic posts started to be a little more kind and respectful? Would it still be such a bad thing to be one of the big posters? Off topic can mean lots more things than political rants...what do others think? :light:

Zoe - Off topic can mean lots more things than politics, you're right. Enlightening topics like the one I posted today regarding the underpants boy.:yes:

While you're being nice over there (and it does need some niceness), I'm going to see if I can't find some nice photos to post over here. :bounce:

We are all waiting for some of your beautiful photos.

I looked for a panting head but could only find a nodding one. So it will have to do.

Z & Natalie

I think sometimes the off topic forum gets a bad rap. I enjoy and learn from it in most cases---and--- it does keep the General Discussion more user friendly. An example---I never knew some guys enjoyed wearing 'unmentionables' ( hows that for an old word) on their heads.

Again, very pleased that the Baja Ladies are becoming more vocal on all of the forums.
