Xlnt Notario Service in Santa Rosalia

Wanted to let fellow Baja Nomads know:

I had an excellent experience recently in Santa Rosalia. My property closing was handled very professionally, promptly, and efficiently by Notario Publico Guillermo Santillan Meza:

Notario 20
Lic. Guillermo Santillan Meza (Notario Publico)
Calle Alvaro Obregon S/N
Planta Alta ESQ. Con Calle Siete
Col. Centro Santa Rosalia

TEL/FAX 615-152-1470

Notaria20santillan@prodigy.net.mx

ALSO: Guillermo referred me to a wonderful young woman to assist with scheduling, translations, and FC. She has been simply the BEST assistance I've ever had:

JULIETA MEDINA ORONOZ
BAHIA ASUNCION # 14, COL. MAGISTERIAL
SANTA ROSALIA, BAJA CALIFORNIA SUR
MEXICO, C..P 23920
011 52 615 152 1031 home / 011 52 615 155 1639 cell

If you need help with property closing, FC, etc. these are both very dependable, professional, and genuinely nice folks to deal with. Very good folks like this deserve the referrals (and our support of their business)!

If you need to contact them, please tell them David Hunt from Loreto, (the musician) sent you and tell them hi for me!

Mucho Gusto!

Julieta

I will be closing a deal in two weeks on some property I purchased. I have discussed it with julieta and we are set up the 1st of march with Guillermo and the mexican owners. I will report on how things go. Talking with Julieta it sounds like a smooth painless process. Fishin rich

I have done business with Sergio Aguilar Notario Publico 6 in Santa Rosalia for over 16 years. you could not find a nicer person and he knows the Mulege aria better than any one. I will stay with him because he knows my business and has more experience in this aria.

I don't have any experience with Notario Publico 20
Lic. Guillermo Santillan Meza but I have herd a lot of good things about him.

it is always good to have some competition in any aria

Welcome to Lic. Guillermo Santillan Meza
