Border crossing at Tijuana

I can't remember if atthe border crossing at Tijuana can you get your visa's 24 hours a day? Just planning to go down in 5 more days, and want to try and get to Tijuana around 6:00am so that we don't have alot of traffic. I assume that there will be a lot of people due to the Baja 1000, and as we will have a trailer (taking the kids this time, need lots of stuff), just want to try to get some miles behind us.

Thanx for any info.

Thanx, I thought it was open, but wasn't sure, and with 4 kids and a dog, didn't want to have to wait around for it to open.
