Free Admission for Nomads - Mexico Travel & Real Estate Expo

Just got an email from Ted Donovan - and Ted says he's going to offer Nomads free admission to his Mexico Travel and Real Estate Expo this year.

March 3rd they're going to be at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (San Diego, CA).

I think Ted has more details he'll post on here, but just wanted to give everyone a "heads-up" - maybe go ahead and save the date on your calendar if you're interested.

I met a few Nomads at the Expo last year that I hadn't met before elsewhere (other Nomad events, etc). The boys, Michelle and I plan to attend for a little while on the 3rd - so hope to see you there.

The website with more info on the event is:
http://www.mexicotravelandrealestate.com

Regards,

I'm headin' thata way and I'll wear my 'Nomad Shirt'.........or one of Ted's Baja Talk Radio shirts.

Either way I'll save.

Looking forward to spending some time with Keri to do some planning for her up coming Baja Authors Book Signing event scheduled for May 5th.

She has some great new authors and even the guy he does all of the Baja stuff for AAA (that's the Auto Club not the other one that has 12 steps)

It's tomorrow...

Discover Baja sent out a note to be prepared for a $9 parking fee as there is a Home & Garden show going on as well... So Ted's offer of free admission was really a nice touch!

We'll see you all there...

Won't be crazy at the Pyramid where the signing will take place........Just rent a room and you will end up in a cocoon of Baja friends...............I will be there for sure............the 5th year and I would not miss it for anything. Keri is a great hostess and Georock always does her Tequila tasting thing which I pass on because that stuff has changed since I started drinking it about 50 years ago.................never used to make me silly like it does now........Yeah! Right.

Yes, we were there from 1 to 4... Good show, photos in the other thread about the show....

Book Signing #5 on Cinco de Mayo! Yes, I have never missed one. I have photos of each in my web site... They have been in late April or early May, so just go to where my trip photos are listed on my home page to see the fun and people of Baja Nomad and books.

It will be sad without Mike Humfreville, but Mary Ann plans on attending with Mike's great book, 'In the Shadow of the Volcano'.
