More Congratulations and Thanks

David's mention of Hose A in Bernie's recent post reminded me of those in the background that make things go.

Last year, this forum played a major role in supplying timely information during one of Baja's worst disasters. Following the huricane, Nomads acted as one of the main communications for private relief efforts and contacting lost love ones.

Doug has created an amazing venue for so many helpful, hopeful, creative and communicative efforts that I have witnessed over the years.

From helping thiose in need to helping beginning fishermen or travelers and sharing age-old secrets, Nomads and its members have grown to be a powerful resource.

My thanks to all Nomads who post and share and help.

A HUGE Thank You to Doug for everything you do.
And thank you too, Hose A in-the-background !!
Both great people and great Nomads !

You have a wonderful ability to embellish the truth and make it into something very different.......I worry that the lurkers will think less highly of your wife and myself...........SO! Please let me set this record a bit straighter.........I did admire your wife's intelligence and her response to a silly post. It showed me that she was a clear thinking person and I love folks that can think on their own, and she surly does. The first time I met the lady, who is mirrored in your daughters face, was this past Saturday when I again complimented her in her thinking process and the way she apparently applies it to your children.

Were I 35/40 years younger we would problably not be friends because I might be quilty of doing what you suggest, I have a picture of you laughing when you posted your comment. Anyway, I am not that younger person and I believe that we will be friends, across the border, for a very long time. Thank you for introducing me to your wonderful family!

I very muched enjoyed watching your daughter and Doug's son playing together.............it made me think of a far better future............and I know you know exactly what I mean.

Tu Amigo,
Bernie
