9% Mas

Just back from the deposito and the Pacifico bottles say 9% mas. First 24 bottles in a case now 9% more....this is a good thing.
Less trips to the deposito.

The trick to the promo deal is to turn in your tabs before the promo ends. I collected a huge baggie full of Corona bottle caps (yes, I said Corona) One cap was worth one peso. I had enough to buy a case, but by the time I proudly walked my baggie into the market and presented it to the cashier I was too late....
I knew we were going to be leaving before turning in our Tecate pull tabs, so I left them in a baggie for the trash truck guys.

Kate
Glad you asked because I was wondering what others were paying for a case....150 pesos here with free ice.

Just this morning I was cleaning up after some workers - and I was wondering why they had taken the tabs off of the Tecate cans. I had noticed when my husband was so graciously giving them my beer that the tabs were red...
Mystery solved.

Well, here we are. I go for a Tecate Lite and what do I see but a blue tab and a blue ring around the can mentioning the promotion.

Life is good. I'm headed for the dumpster.
