Trailer To Abreojos

Hello Nomads,

A friend of mine needs to have his 30 foot Layton trailer towed down to Abreojos within the next two weeks. He is willing to pay all expenses plus a towing fee. If anyone is interested, please send me a U2U and I will give you his contact information.

Gracias!

Geoff, is he riding along?

How do you handle insurance if he is not riding? I have had a dickens of a time getting insurance if I tow someone else's rig down and they are not present.

vagabundos del mar advertizes a baja tow service. might cost a bit more, but probably would have all the details worked out=less hassle....

I know it is a 4 wheel trailer...not sure of the weight, but I will find out. He won't be riding along, just needs to get it down there before the 10th and can't do it himself.

In regards to insurance, you simply have to have a notarized letter of permission from the owner of the vehicle. We have clients that do that all the time and it is not a problem.

Good one Hook!

I will ask him if he can throw in a large Caesar salad as part of the deal!
