STARBUCKS IN ENSENADA NOW OPEN!!
A new Starbuck's opened in Ensenada yesterday. It is located on the Boulevard Costero, also known as Lazaro Card##as, #278. The new store features
FREE INTERNET ACCESS and the ability to download from the Apple online store any tunes that you may hear playing while you're
enjoying your mocha frappuccino.
Can't wait for that Taco Bell to open!
Friends don't let friends drink white zinfandel.

My wife, who is Mexican and lived in Ensenada for three years, is cheering.
I am booing really loud. Needless to say, a gringo.
I don't drink coffee anyway. Especially at 5 bucks a cup.
Proud husband of a legal immigrant.

Market determines what works. I prefer other tastes, as $bucks flavor is distinctive, but not my style. D'Volada(Reforma/Hwy1 , just south of
downtown, across from Calimax + Auto Zone) "Gabi" makes my Crema Irlandesa fresh and at $1.20 in a ceramic mug is hard to beat. Free wifi and great
tunes...mostly locals, business and students here. Bajaguy's
intro, thanks.

Just don't stop until Santo Tomas....Everthing you have is at risk...live without your coffee until latter.

Booo- hissssss
Mexicans have the greatest coffee shops. We hit them all the way down to TS and my daughter who is a frappachino addict says they can't be beat!!!
No way I will be supporting Starbucks in Mexico
Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!

...high priced gringo coffee, carjackings, kidnappings, fires, dirt and dust...keep driving...all the way to Cabo SL, where peace and tranquility are
abundant.

Not my point, Doc. It's attained cliche status and it's Alberts. I have to stop or I'll have gone by my house. You too.

To Doc's opinion. I'll stick with D'Volada.

I would love to stop at either of your homes...the danger is not an issue as long as I remain in my motorhome or at least in view.
Bajadock...I only want to warn toy laden gringos that the first 150 +-miles is the support system for the policia...regular 100,000 property thefts
and a few deaths are the norm. I see this changing soon...

To make matters worse, they're all speaking a foreign language. When will they ever learn?

Don't look now; but, Starbucks will be opening here in Mexicali shortly. They were just hanging the sign today.
Located at the corner of Lazaro Card##as and Lopez Mateos for all of you who will be missing it with me.
