Oceanside Living

A friend from San Lucas Cove is being forced to sell his outfit due to health considerations. He has a 5th wheel trailer on a lot at San Lucas Cove (waterfront) with a concrete patio and enclosure. Included are 2- 105Watt Solar Panels, 1500W Track Invertor with built in Bat. Charger, Tri-Metric Volt/Amp Meter, Trojan Batteries, Dual Control Air Bed, 39" Sat Dish, All furnishings like cooking utensils, glasses, silverware, Micro Wave, 4 Propane Tanks , 2 - 25 Gal water tanks, and Palapa on water side.
This is a nice unit with a built in storage area, New roof sealant, and new stainless steel screws on doors and windows.
He is asking $12,000, and I will send pictures on request.

That must be the other {Alan's} place. Sad, but it was bound to happen sooner or latter. I am surprised DH alan, has not made plans to put one of his "friends" in there.

Scotty and Margaret will probably be moving to Texas and are also selling their house in Bishop so the San Lucas Cove property is going to go to some lucky person.
