I've got a turn-key '99 Rockwood 25' with new tires in clean, good condition. Used less than a dozen times since new. Air Cond. can freeze you out on "HI". New rubberized epoxy roofing sealer installed last season.
Heater, shower, 5 gal. water heater, self-contained. Large double bed in rear BR, dining table goes down to form double bed in front. Swing down upper berth holds 150# for a child. Canopy. Two doors.
Extra water tanks built in. Two Propane tanks. New battery.
Can deliver BCS for $1k. Can include (used very little) Honda 3000 watt Super Quiet generator for $1300.
Priced under $14,000

Time to find a real house in Mexico someplace! And that might not mean Baja.

thx Russ we are going to consider all places over the coming year but will continue to come to mulege regularly to recreate and for our work helping poor mexicans via the flying sams.

the palapa spot has been a blast but we need to think about a real structure and on a fideocomiso lot, some place WARMER than mid baja too.
We have always had an eye on the east cape since 1981 and plan some time there looking at target properties this March - we have friends there with planes too. An airport is a MUST for us.
Chivato has long been a favorite except for the drive to the main road. Recent rumour is Palo Verde is going big time as to the airport - could prove interesting........i think its a PC guy that bought it because his jet can't do PC like the king airs can...........if he does taxiway lots.........look out!!
