Border crossing & driving web sites...

Might be helpful to some...?

http://apps.cbp.gov/bwt/ (Scroll down to Mex. Border Crossing WAIT TIMES - updated hourly).

http://math.ucr.edu/ftm/bajaPages/BajaRoadPages/General/Cros... (some good Border Crossing info. some a little dated... as I believe Otay Mesa is now 24 hours a day...?)

and this on the new 4 lane S. of Rosarito (Popotla) to Otay Mesa if you wish to avoid most of TJ... http://www.race-dezert.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21403

In my web site, under Links... and links to Baja Travel Web Sites is this one: http://www.baja.org/cabobob/bajahwy.htm

You can see the entire Hwy. 1, well... lots of it from tons of photos on a clickable map...

Thx. David.

A fun interactive map.... I just ran my little mouse all over the Baja Peninsula... and he didn't even have a passport...

Which reminded me... of a tough trivia question for my fellow "middle"-(if you're living to be 125)-aged fellow Nomads..... :bounce:

What was the name of the famous cartoon mouse with the Spanish accent???

C'mon. It is in there rattling around with the theme song from the Woody Woodpecker Show....
