So I'm waiting in the line at Loreto's single operating ATM this morning. The woman ahead of me is visibly shivering and briskly rubbing her hands together. The two women behind me are hugging themselves: "Muy frio!" I'm wearing jeans and a sweater, and yes, I'm cold too.

A pair of tourists stroll by, in shorts and t shirts. No problem.

Ya,

I need four cords cut and quartered and 300 kilos of carbon for the BBQ. Do you deliver?

I have already burned 1/2 a cord of eucalyptus since October! Fireplace hot and windows open in my hut. I bought a new Lopi stove and ripped out the old gas heater. It burns so hot there is usually no smoke. Al Gore will come any day to take it away.

You should see it here Phil. You missed all the fun. When the 100+ mph winds came thru here they were a toasty 62F.

27f here last night. So much fun up on the roof!:bounce:

Got ya All Beat

It's soooo cold l here in Central Valley Utah. When I took the lid off the hot tub, the temp dropped from 105 to 103 in less than 3 minutes. I could only take about an hour of that 103 water.:cool: I would pretend I was at Guadalupe Canyon.
