Santa Barbara Cove

Maybe someone who actually knows something can answer this. Does anyone really think this development will happen?? No roads in, no H2O, no electricty,no sewage plant, being in a protected bay desal. may not be an option,
steep as hell, golf?? airport?? and buyers?? I have one of the homes at Buenaventura so of course we are curious...we don't need flotilla's of jet skis etc,....I do like swimup bars though...and thongs.....

I think it sucks

Perhaps if I were a die-hard rich golfer I might partake!
NOT! It is not a good place to develop. There is a estuary there that is pristine.
My take

Cat, it's south just around the corner from Playa Coyote. The estero is back in there out of view. Spent a couple days there checking it out. I have a feeling this project is questionable. There was a bunch of money spent already on evreything from wells to roads to yoga rooms. They want a golf course down around the estero but there is so much saltwater intrusion.
