BAJA NORTE CARETAKER NEEDED

Beach encampment near Colonet, with four homes, needs full-time caretaker. Homeowners are present sporadically, so the primary responsibility is to be present and visible to discourage "uninvited guests".

Caretaker house has kitchen, living room, full bath and bedroom. Solar power, hot water, dish TV, propane refer and stove, wood-burning pot belly stove. Limited furniture.

Duties include watering plants, feeding camp dogs and light chores as needed by homeowners.

Additional work/income opportunities available from other gringo homeowners in immediate area.

Productive surf fishing and clamming. Tranquil lifestyle. No traffic. No horns. No grafitti. Open Baja desert. Pristine sand beach.

Low weekly pay. Free housing. Very limited responsibilities.

There's an American guy here, pretty talented, who may be interested. He would come with good recommendations as to character, honest etc..
I'll find him and get back to you.

I was thinking of you, Diver. Sure you can't use the extra bucks? It's not to far from your chalet.
