Visit Bahia - Take home a new friend.

I got the following email yesterday from Bahia;

"Hola Paulina,

I am in the process of trying to find forever homes for 2 young small mix breed dogs here in Bahia. The one is a female poodle mix, white in color and very sweet. She will be spayed and vacc. this week. She weighs about 9lbs. The other is a male chihauhua mix, light tan in color and also very sweet. He weighs about 10-11 lbs. Both are about a year old.

The mexican family here who has them told me recently they no longer want them. They don't treat them kindly therefore the dogs are afraid of them. Recently I spent 3 days removing ticks off of them and treating them with ear meds. I have the word out here somewhat in Bahia hoping to get them adopted by winter..."

The dogs are in good hands now, but need a new home of their own. It never hurts to put the word out....

If these two pooches could talk, they would say, "Thank you Paulina for taking good care of us and finding us a good home." I can speak and I say thank you Paulina for all you are doing for them.

Thank you both for your compliments, but I want to point out that the real thanks should go to the family in Bahia who have taken these two dogs into their home and are in the process of rehabilitating them and trying to find them a new family.
