Well, I guess two out of three won't be bad.:biggrin::biggrin:

Play your pipes and you'll draw them like the pie-eyed piper.:biggrin:

Plomero Magnifico,
Welcome to Baja Nomad.

Vendenberg's "two out of three" limitation is likely included in your neighborhood covenants. :bounce:

Gr8Piper,

Would you happen to be the same piper who played at Fred Hoctor's service? If not, you may have some competition in the Punta Banda area. He has/had a nice set of pipes...

'pipes: where do I send my $100? Do the following: at 6:00am on ANY morning, drive to Bahia de los Angeles and take the road south. In about 4 miles you will see a sign that says "Casa de Roberto - Beach Bob". Park your car on the road and very quietly walk to his house on the beach. At sunup, start playing like crazy on his front porch. I'm sure he will offer you even more money.
Oh - it might be a good idea to leave your car running.....

Piper, forgot to welcome you to the board . Sorry !
Could you elaborate on that house building. Used to have a place in Tripui, long time ago, and since that's the only place I can think off where you could build a home, it would take some imagination to make it ocean view.:biggrin:

I learned to play a piobaireachd several years ago called the "Company's Lament". Self taught. Was lucky enough to win a bronze medal at the Seaside Games in Ventura where Jimmy McColl was judging.

I played with the City of Glendale for about five years. Seumas Coyne is a good friend of mine. Now I only play when the mood strikes me. Although I go to listen in on UCR's practices on occasion.

Santiago,
:lol: You gave us such a laugh this morning, the visual image was just too much! If Gr8piper could get down there @ 6am on Nov. 5th to serenade him for his birthday, that would add to the excitement. What a gift your $100. donation would make, Jim!

By the way Gr8Piper, do leave your car running as Santiago suggested, but most importantly make sure it's pointed back up towards the road. (and welcome to the board)

P<*)))>{
ps. Happy birthday wishes a few days early to B.B.
