the price of gasoline will be frozen at the present price for the rest of the year.
Electricity will go down by 20 %
bottled gas will go down by 10%
this is for all of Mexico

Propane will stay at %10 deduction for the rest of the year as well. (From what it is right now) In Ensenada 45lt tank is 460.00 p as of yesterday.

i just paid $326 pesos for a 35k (edit 30kg tank) propane tank exchange today
that's $24.08 usa per tank of propane
pretty good deal

the president said that the commercial electric rate will be reduced by 20% he didn't mention domestic (residential) electric rates. he stated that
this reduction will help offset business operating costs and keep job loss from happening. his announcement was made on national television at about
9pm BCS time.
last time I bought propane here in loreto it was 495 pesos for a regular sized tank. i need another tomorrow so hoping to get that new rate as well.

I've never seen a 35 Kilo tank. Is it off your trailer? The common tank here is 45 Kilo, about 70 inches tall.

the propane guys are exchanging the 45kg tanks for 30kg tanks
they only want to use the 30kg tanks
