Full Fur Exposure in Bahia

I received the following request today on behalf of these cute furry faces:

The Sunshine Boys!

and this lovely lady:

Read on....

"I have a favor to ask. Could you post some photos for me on Baja Nomads? I want to get the pups I have here more exposure in hopes to get them adopted before I have to resort to taking them to an animal shelter in San Diego.

There was an article today in the S.D. tribune regarding a serious overflow of animals coming in to shelters, specifically the Chula Vista shelter. The foreclosures, longer kitten season ect. are all contributing to more and more animals being brought in to shelters; it's so sad.

If you can, please mention w/the pics that the pups are currently being fostered in Bay of L.A. and will be in Chula Vista mid Feb. Any interested parties can email me and I can give detailed info. on these pups."

 Virginia is very active in Bahia de Los Angeles with the homeless animal cause. If you are interested in any more information, please email her at:

Thanks,

Are any of the available dogs somewhat small? My 82 year old mom is looking for a dog but can't handle a large animal. If there's something small available, I will be down in Bahia in March and could bring one back to San Diego.

I think Juan and Shari might have some room now for a new pooch or two:

55steve,

 The white poodle is small and very loving and sweet. Loves to be loved. The sunshine boys are puppies, and I think they will not be big dogs at all. They are crate trained as well, sleeping through the night. Please write to Virginia. She would LOVE to hear from you and can fill you in with all the particulars about their health care so far, etc. She can also send you more photos.

Thank you!
