Thank you Shari for your nice message. All the same to you and yours. Wish I were down there to celebrate with you instead of hanging out here stateside with the other woman that Dern brought home for Valentine's day...

She's not really that bad. She's a good listener. Has nice taste in clothing, in fact I've ended up sharing a few of my outfits with her already.

She doesn't do dishes, but all in all I think Dern had good taste.

She doesn't have any arms, so she would suck at fishing, but none of us are perfect.

All kidding aside, thanks for the Valentine wishes, Feliz dia de amor y amistad!

Right back at you sister. My wife's name is Cathy Valentine, naturally it is an extra special day at our house. I hope it is at your house too.

today has been a sad day as we buried one of the San Roque elders...we said goodbye to Juan's partner Herman's dear father. So tomorrow we have planned a love-in here to celebrate V day....food, drink, music and merriment will be on the menu...wish you were all here...hugs to all.

this is a drawing that sirenita did for me on Valentines Day about 15 years ago when we were in the lagoon...sigh...how quickly they grow up....love you sirenita.

this was such a cool drawing....even though she was little, she got the double blowhole right and the eye at the end of the mouth although it should be under the mouth...but I sure loved it and glad I saved it.
