sure...credencial is a goverment photo ID card that here in mexico they use for everything you need ID for...it is an IFE voters ID card that you get by registering...you have to be mexican...and you get fingerprinted, photographed and issued the ID card. Now I'm part of the IN crowd.

I didn't know Inmigrados could vote. I didn't know anybody but a born national could vote.
