Leaving a good friend in BCS

As we are packing, we think of the sorrows and joys of the past 6 months here at Casa Loma. Certainly the hardest, is leaving our good friend Aussie, our 16 yr old blue heeler!
He died a month ago, quietly and quickly, in my arms... with the character he always showed!! We leave him buried, sleeping soundly in his bed, between the banana plants where he loved to lie in the shade.

Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!

Marie-Rose,

I'm so sorry for your loss and the sadness you feel in leaving Aussie behind, however, you know he'll be there in spirit, waiting for you to return. Another something special about baja for you to look forward to.

Safe journeys,

We are so very sad for your loss. Just so sad. Our fur babies just don't stay around long enough. He was beautiful and obviously a happy boy.

He was also a lucky dog to be able to spend time in Baja. He will now be waiting at the Baja part of the Rainbow Bridge for you.

Our thoughts are with you.

Diane and John

Oh Marie-Rose,
When we lose our good babies we ache for such a long time. They give us so much more than we can ever give them, without asking for a thing in return, don't you think?
You gave him two wonderful gifts. That you loved him, cared for him, shared the joys of Baja with him, he was truly blessed.
And,
"We leave him buried, sleeping soundly in his bed, between the banana plants where he loved to lie in the shade."

I couldn't want more for myself.

Travel safely and with smiles. It's what your good friend would want for you.

Your heart will heal with time.

He was a lucky dog to have been able to share his time here with folks who cared so much about him and adopted him into their family. Our hearts go out to you - he will always live on in your memories...

Such a Loving Tribute

To your dear companion.

Life has decreed that we outlive our beloved, devoted friends on the most part, but we never forget them.

They visit us in our dreams.

Auzzie

Oh No, Marie Rose and Fred!!!!

I'm so very, very, sorry to hear this news.

Poor, Poor, Auzzie!! He was such a GOOD dog.

I am absolutely floored with this news! I sure hope you are all okay. He did have a wonderful long life though didn't he?

A real loss to the whole family, I know.

I'd like to cheer you up a bit with a huge hug....but as I can't do that I will just tell you that the sun is shining in Victoria and it has been doing so since I got back from Baja on April 13th. It is a beautiful Spring.....a bit of a nip in the air compared to Baja Sur though.

See you soon have a safe trip home.
