Hello from Bahia de Los Angeles!

Well, I've finally figured out the wireless connection...

We've been down here working on the place (mucho trabajo) and will be heading back to San Diego tomorrow.

We towed the boat down and fished only one day with very limited success...the signs are good though and bait is starting to show in the bay - the water temp in the channel is around 64.

The good news is that the boat is staying here so I don't have to deal with the towing it back hassle.

Headed to San Quintin in the morning and back Home to San Diego on Tuesday...

Nice report.
Ya, I think the fish (Jurel) are still about a month out for BOLA. I don't think they have reached San Fransquito yet.

Those yellowtail have exactly 15 days to be in BOLA...No excuses will be accepted. I can not be held responsible for what I might do if they are not there, I am having Yellowtail withdrawls! Connie;D

Steve and Soulpatch - where are you guys located in Bahia? We'll be down in a few weeks and can check on things! We're just south of Los Vientos Hotel.

I'll be in Camp Gecko last week of May. Do you want me to check on something for you?

My kids called it "Camp Ghetto" in an affectionate sort of way.

Steve from San Diego (Santee to be exact) - it's totally possible that I've fished/drank with you folks - it seems to happen quite a bit!

Interesting note - as I was leaving Bahia there was a pickup that had the license plate "24BAJA".

Was the license plate from CA or OR? I know there is a 2_4 Baja license plate that is in Grants Pass, OR , I was going to change mine to 24Baja but now I can't as there is one in Oregon already....bummer!
