ARRIVED!!!!!
We finally arrived Sunday last weekend,to find no electric,no water, 102 degrees,no breeze and bugs that bit just around the ankles.Sunday night
beautiful rain and in the morning a swimming pool in our family room.First summer and the last. How anyone can enjoy this when town is deserted just
a few eat places opened, when ever they feel like it.Well we love it here but never in the summer. Now I feel better....

For those of us who can't live there full time, we find our trips to our Baja homes are always "working vacations in a third world nation" (to quote
Jimmy Buffett). If you're not there you can't be expected to keep up on the utilities, roof, water pumps, electrical/solar situation, so you have to
know that something is going to go wrong.
As EGL has taught me, It if doesn't kill you it will make you stronger.
Maybe next summer you'll be more prepared because this summer you will fix the leaks, solve the electrical and water issues. Next summer you'll
remember to bring a fan to use once you have electricity, and wear your bathing suit to battle the heat, and don't forget the can of Raid.
Enjoy the rest of your "vacation"!

drag me outta here by my hair in the summer! We dont usually even need a fan till september and then only on a few rare days when a hurricaine is
friggin around down south.

Jerry,
Your answer to Bajahowodd's question, "I'm guessing Mulege" (?) doesn't make any sense to me. Where are you??

Troll? My guess was because it did recently rain in Mulege and I've got the mud all over my floor mats to prove it!

Jerry, once you get the little things worked out you will hopefully have a nice time. Have a nice cold cerveza, turn on a cool shower and think of
worse places you could be, ALASKA, brrrr

i don't think you'll see 102 in Rosarito and he does mention Baja Sur...maybe it's a game like "where in Baja is this"
