there are a couple of really neat lots on the west side of the highway across from the blue church and the community of El Cheleno. up on the top of the hill. one is walled and ready for a house or trailer. the view is killer. i always wondered who owns them and how much $$?

That is a great idea Bob. Everyone is always needing extra storage, this would be so much easier than hauling your toys down to the Baja every year.

you better believe it Phil. my neighbors J&J had 3' -4' of river and mud thru their casita.
said the water was over my door threshold which was about 2' above the pad, so i am guessing a minimum of 1' -2' of water inside the trailer - making it a total loss. travel trailers cannot survive water damage - the rot will start immediately, they're built with comp board, cheap ply and staple guns!!

so i parted with it at a good time i think. but now i want another place badly!!!!!! in the future cards i hope. not by the river tho. will scout out by the bay, by Frambes someplace would be killer!.

yeah....but my real dream is to become the "yard man" for Playa Frambes and live in the back in a small "staff" employee housing module, AKA a trailer.

work / live on about $100 pesos a day.
if USA has green cards.....what does Mexico have?? :light::spingrin:
