The very Best Fishing boat for the Sea of Cortez.
It was built and designed to carry 2,000 LBS of fish through the Surf.

I owned and operated one for 27 years been in some rough water and never felt concerned! The last 2 years {As I got older} I went to a 217 Wellcraft Fish with a 230 Diesel..

The 22 Ft. Panga is built for the Sea of Cortez and does a hellav job.

Van, for a very small PC I will post a photo of my 22 ft panga (like a comparable) with a 55 HP Johnson. Next to mine yours will look like a new custom Diaz. Mine shows some wear cause I've been pulling it down to launch on the beach more lately while the dorado are in close. I really should get a trailer.

So Osprey sees the redneck advertisement for Triumph boats where they drag it to the lake with no trailer and figures that was a really good idea, why waste all that time putting the boat on and off of the trailer, just drag it the way that it is.

Good argument fisherman.
Besides keeping this on the front page, The major drawback I see is a little shorter keel life.
And since a good trailer costs as much as a fifth of the boat, major savings also.

Sometimes you want a "good" trailer behind you...

We had one of those EasyLoader trailers..Just like the one under your boat.. Nice for launching the panga..the rollers work nice for pushing off the boat at low tide on the ramp. That trailer lasted for 25 years down in Loreto, until I sold it two years ago and brought down a new one.. Our 22' panga still going strong..
