Excellent Telnor Service!


I changed the room my DSL modem is in and when I plugged it in it didn't power up. Kaput. Within 15 minutes I had a work order number from an English speaking telephone rep. I drove 2 blocks to the local Telnor store and traded the old modem for a new one using the work order number. No cost.

Impressive, it took less than hour to fix the problem.

I've used the telephone tech support a few times and have always been impressed by their service.

WOW...That is impressive. You broke and ruined their modem and they gave you a new one, no questions asked. That Slim dude is OK. :lol::lol:

Me too, had a problem getting all computers on the wireless network ... was able to speak to someone that spoke english, as this burro can't speak Spanish, the guy fixed me right up.. just had to add a character to the assigned password from Telnor.. and all was fine..

Thanks for the knowledge about router replacement, it's about 9 miles to their offices from where I'm located.. but that will work just fine.
