Pod of porpoise in BOLA

Ran across this large pod of dolphins in Bahia de los Angeles last week. At least 500 individuals, maybe more, spread out over 1000 yards. There were seals mixed in with them. Pretty neat.

But were the tuna or yellowtail nearby? I love it when they follow my skiff and play. Makes my wife smile like a little girl on Christmas morning.

This was about 6 miles north of Smith (Coronado) Island. No yellows at all.

Jim, last summer we saw (perhaps?) the same pod almost everyday like clock work........they extended from far south of our places to way past Mary Ann's..........I have to get a boat!!!!!! The kids, Brendan and my Grandson Preston would grab the kayaks and head out, Brendan (having grown up there), had to talk the year older, and BIGGER Grandson to get in the water   Thanks for the video.
