Missing Teenager - NEED HELP

17 year old Chelsea King is missing from San Diego county since Thurs.

I'm asking Nomads to print up some pictures and make a missing child poster (there should be one online soon) and ask your local Pemex gas stations(all through Baja) if you can post these pictures up at every pump.

I have 3 teenage daughters and I teach at the high school where Amber Dubois attended and we need to rally!

No worries

I shake with anger and disgust thinking that there are animals like this who live among us.

An article of clothing led investigators to arrest a registered sex offender in the case of missing teen Chelsea King, according to law enforcement officers.

John Albert Gardner, 30, of Lake Elsinore was arrested outside a restaurant in Escondido around 4.30 p.m. Sunday.

It appears that nothing good ever came out of Lake Elsinore.

This incredibly distressing news. The young woman involved in the story appeared to be gifted and had a wonderful life ahead. I hope that this body is not hers, yet also mourn for the family of whoever this victim may be. That said, I also wish to go on record as being just a tad bemused that it seems when anyone disappears in SOCAL, everyone instantaneously points to Mexico.

Has there been any speculation that she may have been abducted into Mexico?
If they have a strong suspect in custody in San Diego, I would think that Mexico isn't a consideration. Of course, we don't know the details of the case.

I certainly hope that she reemerges, alive!

Oh no! That is terrible. I am so sorry for her family and friends. And I am sorry, as a human being, to have to share the planet with such evil scum as the perpetrator.

The bastard assulted a 13 year old, pleaded guilty, the sentence was to be 11 years, reduced to just 6, he got out after just 5, and he was back just blocks from the girl he attacked then... all over the local TV news right now.

Some legal system we have here in USA...

They should never have let that man out of jail. Why can't we seem to learn that lesson about sex offenders? Every time this happens there is a previous record and often even previous murders. Laws need to be changed!

Thanks for the support Nomads! It seems closed now. No need for any posters now. If you put any up, please be so kind as to remove them.

My prayers are with the family and community
