Free spot to park your trailer and enjoy the Baja wine country

I will be moving to Valle Guadalupe wine country next month. The ranch is located a mile west from bibayof winery. My proposal is, I will let you park your trailer for free for as long you want. What I want in return? for you to keep an eye on the ranch when I go to San Diego...7 to 10 days each month.
U2 me if interested. Beautiful area to relax and enjoy.
