Back from 4 great Baja Days! (7-20-10)

We wanted a special, quiet weekend for our 2nd wedding anniversary... and Baja fit the bill!

Shell Island, then south to Gonzaga Bay, Coco's Corner, Cataviņa, El Rosario (for a wonderful Baja Cactus night that included his & her massages), and home via Tecate today.

I will do a detailed trip report, naturally... including the new highway south of Puertecitos and the many miles of dirt detour south of Tecate... See the Baja Trip Reports forum in a couple of days...

It was great meeting two traveling Nomad families in El Rosario, too!

Here are a couple of photos, as a teaser (I took over 150)!

Good night amigos...

Oh, how cool it was to meet you guys too! Thanks for coming over to our table to say hi! We would love to see your project down south, too... Elizabeth really loved Loreto when she first saw it, last July 2009...

I think I will post the road log from Puertecitos to Laguna Chapala in the Baja Road Conditions forum, maybe in the forthcoming trip report, too?

I can do the road log right now... the trip report with many photos in a day or two...

Here is the road log with photos: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=46842

GREAT report, David! You are a wealth of information and your love of Baja is inspiring. This forum is, indeed, fortunate to have you on board.
