San Diego ZOO with the Baja Cactus Family

Antonio does so many nice things for us Nomads and other Baja travelers, it was a great thrill for Baja Angel and I to take Antonio, Lorenia and Little Lorenia (now 5) into the Zoo today... It was a beautiful day and we all had a great time!

Good people... Good times...

David where do you get those hats? i like them, been looking for a while and can't find any.
called a wingate? or windsor?
not quite a fedora although Galen Hanselman calls his a fedora - it is close.
a wingate has a slightly wider brim.

Mike, at the Zoo or Wild Animal Park... I got that one last time we were at the zoo. It has a snap on one side so you can make it look Australian, too. Inside the hat is the zoo/ wild animal park logo stamped in... and a made in USA tag.

edit: I just looked at BajaGuy's link, and that is not the hat I have. They do have those at the zoo, also (crushable/ ventilated hats).. But mine is a firm, heavy canvas hat and not crushable. Again, it is like the Australian army hat with the flap snapped up... or like an outback rancher (station) hat with the flap down.
