Hola from the pasado (update)

Hello all,

It has been a while, and too long. Just figured I would drop a note and let everyone/anyone who cares that I am well.

I moved out of Mexicali about 2 years ago. My finance at the time moved back to DF for about 6 months..

Well good news is we finally got married after about 8 years of our crazy trans-national relationship. My wife Karla got her K1 visa and she moved up here to the states last October. (I told her if I had to do it again I'd send her a ladder.)

We were married last November at the SF City Hall and are now doing well. Karla is back in DF visiting her family for a few weeks; but we both miss Mexico and plan to return full time in the future.

Anyhow.. I know that some here may have wondered.. (or been thankful) that Mango disappeared. Anyhow. I am well and wish well upon my fellow Nomads.

Times spent sparing, empathizing, or being in awe of my fellow nomads is fond in my memories. I spent many of days huddled in my apartment in the Mexicali heat reaching out to all of you.

I'd just like to say thanks and send my best wishes.

Thanks everyone, I will make a point to check in more often.

We will definitely let everyone know when we head south next time. Unfortunately, it won't be soon enough.

Take care and have a good day. :D
