During the night we got a really good rain. Ground still very wet this morning as were my clothes which were on the line. oh well it is worth a double wash to get some much needed rain.
Overcast and steamy now

I just got a note from my daughter in Los Barriles, she said her son awoke her at dawn to let her know that it was raining, don't know how much they got, but it was exciting enough for them to get up early to see.

not a drop in Bocana ..... not even the whisp of a rain cloud in the sky. Warm and slightly breezy - our walk on the beach this morning was great. No humidity ... another day in Paradise :)))))) :bounce:

Nopolo, 11.50 am
Looks like a cell is making it here. Awful dark on the east side of Carmen island.
Would be the 2nd one in 4 days.
We still have standing water everywhere from the last one.
Any rain is welcome though, as long as it isn't directly associated with a hurricane.:no:

We're still buried in the Marine Layer. Patches of blue sky, but low fog all around. Very strange summer weather.

Sprinkling in Todos Santos right now with grey skies and light offshore winds. Lots of painful orange jellyfish pieces in the ocean. Where's the surf??

They are predicting a major warmup in the Southwest US this week. Kinda like getting back to summer. So, it would appear appropriate that the folks in BCS would be in for increased heat and humidity. Up to now, the summer in greater LA has been among the coolest on record.

Nope! That is the moon that makes you do that. It does affect some of us more than others, ya know.
