That will work about as well as when Baja California Sur wanted to change the state name to Sudcalifornia (Southern California) and the northern state to change from Baja California to Juarez.

These were proposed in 1974...

It turns out 'Baja' is just too cool a name to not use.

Well, of the two, I think a giant theme park is a bad idea.
As a compromise, maybe a medium sized theme park, and they just outlaw the institutional protection of child molestors, then they could still keep all those classic old temples left over from the Cortez invasion.

Isn't "They're" a shortening of "They are"? I think "their" is appropriate here. Es Verdad???

I'm pretty sure the word showing possession is simply "theirs," no apostrophe (similar to "its," also showing possession, without an apostrophe).

I am laughing out loud .... I did NOT make myself clear, desculpame (sorry) ....

What I was told is that anyone who wants to start a company will be NOT be allowed to use the word BAJA in the company name ergo: Baja 1000 or Baja Jungle or Baja Internet would not be allowed.

signing off wawablanca, babablanca, hahablanca (kinda like that last one)
