ON NOMAD DIABETICS & OTHER SUCH DISORDERS

My meds arrived today. Routine for me & similar to hemodialysis or the like, found in other posts.

That magic jump, where you can escape the rat race, and protect your health. Baja is good. Work within the rules as it were your own country. Dealings aside, as Ciudad Constitution.

Keep the papers with the meds. Establish your routine (resupply) and plan, for delivery. Also routine care. Returns to the States, & associated anxiety.

Many meds are available here, with cross reference, multiple success. Generics are really reasonable, and available weekly with 50% discount.

Fear not your condemning disease . . . Baja, being Baja, one can be, much better off.

Glibenclamida and Glyburide are one and the same drug even though you can research it at farmacias to the point of frustration. Dirt cheap in Mexico. How can I say they are one and the same drug?

Thompson Publications, prints both the American Physician'Desks Reference and the Mexican DEF (Diccionario Especialdades de Farmacuticos). The ATOMIC STRUCTURE diagram for both medicines is identical. Used both for years and they are indistinguishable.

METFORMIN is also dirt cheap.

JANUVIA is available only by brand name and is approximately half the price of Januvia sold in the USA at the most economical USA Rx pharmacies.

Thanks for the info...I was recently diagnosed and am struggling to manage my diabetes.

I was worried about possible treatment/access in Baja. Any additional facts and advice are most welcome.
