A while back, some guy from a "think tank" concluded that if you took all of the people from San Diego and placed them in TJ and then took all of the
people from TJ and placed them in San Diego, after 20 years TJ would look like San Diego and San Diego would look like TJ.

They forgot Washington, where it is the easiest state in teh union for an illegal alien to get a drivers license. I saw on the news while I was up
north that there are something like 400k licenses registered to people who don't even reside in the state. they said that most of these are part of a
black market ID trade. I think that WA should also be green.
We do call it the Evergreen state by the way.
