The one above is a GTI, which is above the base models in features... such as it runs longer on a charge, as well as has more propulsion power... and is dive-rated to 100ft vs. 15ft with the XL - which is what they have at Sharper Image. The Sharper Image item appears to be a reskin of the Seascooter Dolphin, designed for kids:
