Fellow Bajanomads Win Peoples Choice at Chili Cookoff


Left to Right
BajaRob & Bajaponderosa & Jim Smith done it again.
Peoples Choice Award and 2nd Place at the 9th Annual Club De Pesca Chili Cookoff in San Felipe Baja.
We have won the Peoples Choice for 3 Years in a row. But alas we are hanging up our Trophies and taking a few years off. Thanks Rob and Jim it has been fun.

How can an entry be the "People's Choice" and not get first place? Are the judges bought and paid for?

i did not see any cargo shorts, tie-dies or hawaiiaan shirts in those pics.
i preferred the fashionistas at the mulege cook off!
(the tecate girls were a nice touch!)

Since when is chili Mexican? They have chili cook-offs from Terlingua to Paducah. But, it's not Mexican.

Have you never heard of Chili Colorado con Carne? It is very Mexican and similar to our recipe. But hey, we never claimed that we were cooking Mexican food, just chili. Got anything positive to contribute???
