EXPO MULEGÉ 2011, PARTICIPATE!!!
I N V I T A T I O N
H. Mulegé, Baja California Sur, July 27, 2011.
To all merchants, service providers, social event planners and public in general, per the foregoing please recieve an invitation to the first ever
MULEGE EXPO, 2011 wich will take place on October 1st and 2nd, 2011, whereas our first GASTRONOMIC SAMPLE of REGIONAL COOKING and HAND CRAFT SWEETS
will take place.
Everyone interested shall register to obtain a free booth for the MULEGE EXPO, 2011 and participate as a business or and individual.
For more information please attend to one of the following, Committe members:
Municipal Delegation,
Damas Voluntarias de H. Mulegé,
El Hotelito Punta Chivato,
Histórico Las Casitas,
Doney’s Restaurant.
The main object is to promote our culture, art and the services that to date are being ofered in H. Mulege in order to complement our visitors
travel, whether it being for business or pleasure.
We invite you to join and participate with a booth wich de Municipal Delegation for our Historical City of Mulege will facilitate free of charge, to
promote the activity that you develop, such as: General Merchant, any area of our Local Economy; turist accomodations such as hotels, restaurants,
excursions, fishing, diving, ATV rentals, scuba diving, etc.; booths are also available to sample and/or sale culinary arts such as: Local cousine and
hand craft sweets.
żDo you have abilities in arts and crafts? The YOU SHOULD PARTICIPATE!, share your art with our visitors and locals; wheter its poetry, dance,
theater, song, express you art and let our visitors and locals get to know you; this will brigthen our beloved Historical Mulege’s image.
You can participate as with either and exhibition booth or a sponsor, the later will receive publicity as retribution for their cooperation in favor
of the event.
1. Register at NO COST at the Municipal Delegation.
2. Provide your information ahead of time in order for ous to assign a booth to your name and product.
3. Prepare publicty that shows the product you will be showgin to our visitors.
4. Set up you booth with the products that you offer.

what a wonderful idea !!! anyone from the municipio de Mulege can participate, cierto ? and if I understand correctly - not only food but other
companies/hotels can have a booth too ???

H. Mulegé invites you to attend our great event EXPO MULEGÉ 2011,”Arte en el Desierto” that is going to take place in the Centro Histórico (Local
Historical Center) of Mulegé. There you will be able to enjoy an ehibit of our art in all its forms and also the different products and services that
we offer to our visitors.
PLACE: H. Mulegé, B. C. S., Centro histórico.
DATE: October 1st (5PM-10PM) CULTURAL EXHIBIT
October 2nd (11AM-ON) GASTRONOMIC EXHIBIT

ANNOUNCEMENT
To all the storekeepers and merchants, business or service managers, producers, social organizations and the general public:
This is a friendly invitation to participate in the first EXPO MULEGÉ 2011 that is going to take place the 1st and the 2nd of October. The first day
(5 pm to 10 pm) we will have a cultural exhibit and the second (11 am) we will have a gastronomic exhibit of regional dishes and handcrafted candies.
Every interested person must register to get a free space in the EXPO MULEGÉ 2011 either to participate as a small business, an enterprise or as a
single person.
Our idea is to show our culture to all the visitors, to show our art and also the variety of services that we offer to complement their stay for
pleasure as well as or for business.
We invite you to join us and take part in this EXPO MULEGÉ 2011 by exhibiting your work in a Stand that the Delegación Municipal de Mulegé (Municipal
Delegation) will provide you for free in order that you can offer, the area where you develop your work: sales in general, any area of our local
economy, touristic services like hotels, restaurants, excursions, fishing, diving, ATV rent, scubadiving, etc.
We will also have a space for you to show us your culinary art, like regional dishes and handcrafted candies for tasting and selling.
żAre you talented in any artistic discipline? Participate! Share your art with us and our visitors, recite, show your poetry, dance, make a theater
performance, sing, painting exposition, express your art, let us know you and let’s give our visitors a great impression of our lovely Mulegé.
You can take part as an expositor by setting up a stand, and you can do it also as a sponsor giving a contribution in exchange for publicizing your
work in this event.

2.Give us your info with enough anticipation for the assignment of your stand
3.Prepare the publicity that you will offer to the visitors
4.Set up your stand with the products that you offer
