Volunteers Without Limits in San Felipe need your support

Volunteers Without Limits (incorporating the Food Bank, and much more) in San Felipe are running out of money. Donations over the summer are way down, reserves are depleted. They need around $1000 a month to keep going, and are receiving barely half that.

The details of where the money goes and what it's needed for are described at: http://www.volunteerswithoutlimits.org/the-bottom-line-faqs

They can now accept Paypal (and credit cards, via Paypal). Both for one off payments, and for monthly subscriptions. A monthly subscription (for $10, $25 or more) is good way to ensure they have a trickle of more reliable income, rather than having to try to get fresh lump sums each month. For the giver, it's easy to set up and is really a small amount each month.

Hopefully many of the readers of this board with homes in the San Felipe area can manage to spare $10, $25 or $50 each month to help neighbors!

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

We are in need of money to buy food and pay the rent. We get the food in bulk directly from the distributor in Ensenada. Food donations are good, but people have been bringing in stuff with best by dates back to 2005. I know the intentions are good, but.....

I'll have a PayPal to you this week end.

I encourage all BN to check out their website to see the good deeds this outfit really does.
