I'm a real food freak and this is # 3 on my top ten list of favorite foods to eat!

Some of our fishin' buddies set pots in the bay off Garibaldi Oregon and we pay for diesel when it's time to collect em!!

FANTASTIC photos---just beautiful. I love them all. For some reason, #5 is my favorite with such a wonderful mix of colors!

I love the Oregon Coast even though I almost lost John to a sneaker wave many years ago. There was a warning sign, but it was just a high cliff, he did not take it seriously. Somewhere I have an old film picture of him standing on the edge of this high cliff and suddenly be engulfed by a GIANT wave.

It is such a beautiful coastline and you captured it beautifully! Thanks

Great photos! You have captured the beauty of the area well. I have a home in Bandon and enjoy these scenes frequently. Yes, the water is always cold ,and the rule around here is never turn your back on the ocean. Unfortunately sneaker waves on the Oregon coast claim several unsuspecting victims each year. Crossing the river bar of the Coquille River in Bandon to fish the ocean is also a risky proposition and you must be very respectful of the conditions before proceeding.

My folks have lived here for 15 years (Trout Pond Lane) so I've visited Bandon quite a bit and love it more every time....yes, that nasty old Coquille River Bar is something---hard to believe they used to bring large clipper ships across it. Magnificent meeting of land and sea---you are quite lucky to be living in Bandon!
