I don't know what controller you have but I think the voltage you've mentioned is top unloaded voltage and any 24 volt controller should handle it.
But if you're determined to sale it I'd sure like it at that price. I have some friends heading to La Paz soon and maybe we could arrange something?

I have a 12V controller and when I hook it up I get 38V. Not going to buy a 24V controller.

Makes sense
I had an extra 120w 24 volt and bought a small inverter/charge controler that takes in 24v & puts out 12v that I set up for my camper No worries
charging 2- T106 batteries even on a mostly cloudy day.

what a great price(about 1/2). But i believe there are ways to get the panel down to the 12 volt range. You should do some internet searches
on edit Like you said before, it appears you need a charge controller for that one panel.

Just went out to the camper and took a pic of my installation. Of course this is just temporary and will clean up the wires but it's working nicely. I
added a switch to isolate the panel and another for the batteries also mounted a monitor so I can tell at a glance the the status of the batteries
& panel. Here'a a URL for mine.

Here the home site with more info.

Hope this helps. No use giving a panel away

I have a 135W Panel and dual sunsaver because I have 2 battery banks not the same age so probably have enough and the cost of your controller 225.00
not worth it for me since I already have one extra controller.
