Weird weather pattern, Ventura got nada, just windy and cold. Was wondering about that section of road after Maneadero too.

As of Sunday the 12th.......

North of Santo Tomas is tore up..right at the top of the grade.
If it has been raining, it will be a muddy mess.
The detour markings are non existent and it's frequent to see traffic
going downhill in the uphill lanes and vs. versa.
Ultra confusing in the dark.

North of Jesus Maria is still under construction and both north and south traffic is diverted into one dirt lane.

The construction south of Mandanero is finished. Clear sailing.

Other than those two areas, it's good to go as far south as Loreto.
