I've always wondered how many dumb people there are out there who fall for this. Evidently, enough to make it worthwhile.
There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.

This was in my email. I am so rich I don't need this woman's wealth passing into and through my bank account. As to her cancer, I am sure God will
provide. In the small chance that a good Christian like her will be forsaken, I am passing this wonderful opportunity on to you Nomads.
"Dear beloved one in Christ,
I am Mrs.Joyce Hernandez from Fredonia, New york United State of America but presently in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia, I am 69 years old, I am
deaf i don't hear and I'm suffering from a long time cancer of the breast,From all indication my condition is really deteriorating, and Doctor Kelly
Silver have courageously advised me that I may not live beyond the next two months, this is because the cancer stage has reached a critical stage, I
was brought up in a motherless babies home, and i was married to my late husband Johnson Hernandez for twenty years without a child.
My husband and I are true Christian's,we lived all day in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia, since he was working here as a contractor and got share's with Coca
cola here, but quite unfortunately,he died in a fire burnt, he was burnt to ashes none of is body was found,Since his death I decided not to re-marry
and because of my bad stage of health, I sold all our Inheritance belongings to me and my late husband Johnson and deposited all the total sum of (
$6.8 Million United State dollars) with the Global Financial Security Company Bank Of New York City United States Flushing New york and all our
jewelries Diamonds and Golds with a security company My dearest beloved one in Christ can i trust you to distribute our life earns to the Motherless
Homes and Churches and Haiti Suffering people ?
My direct Email: msjoycehernandez@one.co.il
Your's Sincerely Sister in Christ,
Mrs. Joyce Hernandez."

I had my boat listed for sale in Kijiji and Craigslist for 1 month. In that time period I had 3 people try to scam me by saying they would buy it but
first want my PayPal account number to send me payment.

The local co-op got a letter from Africa ... just last week. I sure was wondering what it was all about and now I know ! I hand delivered it to them
since it was sitting in the tienda waiting for someone to grab it. What a waste of time.

I wonder if "The Church of The Red Breast" counter-scam story is still around. If it is, please read it. It had the phisher in Nigeria sending earnest
money to the USA. Others had corroborated this most outrageous of tales. It made me laugh so hard it almost put me in the hospital...

There was one of these e-mails that was going to send me a check.
I contacted the Sheriff's office and we set up a sting.
The check was sent, and the cops figgered that it was fake because you could actually make a copy of it...it did not have the VOID across it(in
invisible ink).
Never did catch the person.

"Wow! Hi guys! You wouldn't believe how hard it is finding an internet service out here in the rainforests of Peten, Guatemala. Having a wonderful
time discovering fabulous buried Mayan tombs, and the gold mask I found, I simply do not know what to do with it"

Got another one in today...LOL
I am captain Daniel Anderson with the United Nations troop in Afghanistan, to establishing a new government and the freedom of the people of
Afghanistan on war against terrorism, Based on the United States legislative and executive decision that we will start withdrawal from Afghanistan in
September 2012.
I found your contact through my search but honestly I don't know you, I need a reliable individual who can assist me. Because of series of killing of
United States troops in Afghanistan especially the shot down of US helicopter that killed 30 American soldiers on the 5th of August 2011 and the five
American soldiers who were killed by a bomb in Afghanistan on Thursday. After this series of killing I and my colleague decided to share the money we
recovered on our raids on terrorist’s camp in Afghanistan. I have now in my possession the sum of $16.2M (Sixteen million two hundred thousand US
Dollars) I packaged this money in a box which I deposited with a Red Cross Agents informing them that we are making contact for the real owner of the
box and it is under my power to approve whoever comes forth for the box.
I want to invest the money under your care as soon as I leave Afghanistan for a good business anyway you will advise me on that, since I am not a
businessperson. I cannot move this money on my own because of that I need someone I could trust. If you accept, I will transfer the money to you where
you will be the beneficiary because I am a uniformed person and I cannot be parading with such an amount of money so I need to present someone as the
beneficiary. I believe I can trust you.
I am an intelligence officer for that I have 100% authentic means of transferring the money through diplomatic courier service .I just need your
acceptance and all is done.
Please if you are interested in the transaction; send me information’s below so that we can go into action. In less than 5days, the money should have
been in your position and I will come over for my money. I will give you 30% of the total sum and 70% is for me.
A copy of your passport or drivers license …….………….
Your Address…………………………………………………
Your direct telephone….. …………………………………..
Why am requesting for a copy of your passport or driver’s license is to prepare a document which I will present to the Red Cross officials as the
rightful owner of the box.
I wait for urgent response, Reply back on, xxxxxxxxx.mn
Regards,
Capt. Daniel Anderson
